This policy explains how Whiteboard Video Maker (“we”, whiteboard-video.com) collects and uses information when you visit our website and use our service.
Information we collect
- Account data — when you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile image to create and manage your account.
- Content you submit — the prompts, documents, URLs and settings you use to generate videos, and the videos we produce for you.
- Rewards submissions — if you take part in our share-to-earn program, we store the public post links you submit and the credits awarded.
- Payment data — subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details; we store your plan and billing status.
- Usage & device data — pages visited, approximate location, browser and device information, collected via cookies and similar technologies when you consent.
Cookies and tracking
We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to run the site. With your consent, we also use marketing and analytics cookies to understand how our advertising performs.
Specifically, we use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to measure the results of our ads — for example, whether a visit led to a sign-up or a purchase — and to help show our ads to relevant audiences. These set cookies (such as _fbp) and may share hashed identifiers (like a hashed email) and event data with Meta Platforms, Inc.
The Meta Pixel loads only if you click “Accept” on our cookie banner. If you decline, the Pixel is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time by clearing your browser’s site data for whiteboard-video.com, which will show the banner again.
How we use your information
- To provide, operate and improve the video-generation service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To send service emails (for example, when your video is ready).
- With your consent, to measure and improve our advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the processors that run our service — including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), the AI providers that generate your videos from the content you submit, our email provider, product-analytics tools we use to improve the service, and, with your consent, Meta (advertising measurement). We do not sell your personal data.
Your rights
