Terms of Service

Last updated: August 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Whiteboard Video Maker (“Whiteboard Video”, “we”, “us”), available at whiteboard-video.com and related pages (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The service

Whiteboard Video is an AI tool that turns prompts, documents and URLs into whiteboard-style animated videos, including AI-written scripts, generated illustrations and voiceover. We may add, change or remove features at any time.

2. Your account

You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information and use the Service only if you are at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country); if you are under 18, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Plans, credits and billing

4. Free credits and the rewards program

We may offer free credits — for example, through a share-to-earn program where you can earn credits by publicly posting about Whiteboard Video, or a bonus for videos that reach a view threshold. Participation is subject to these rules:

5. Your content

“Input” means the prompts, text, documents, URLs and other material you submit. You keep ownership of your Input. You grant us a limited licence to store and process your Input in order to operate the Service and generate your videos. You represent that you have the rights to your Input and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law.

6. Generated videos and ownership

Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fees, you may use the videos you generate (“Output”). Free-plan Output may carry a watermark; commercial use rights depend on your plan, and certain plans include a commercial licence. Because the Service uses AI, similar or identical Output may be generated for other users, and we make no claim that Output is unique. You are responsible for reviewing Output before you publish or rely on it.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules.

8. Third-party services

The Service relies on third parties, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), AI providers that generate scripts, images and audio, and analytics tools. Your use of the Service is also subject to those providers’ terms. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service other than the right to use it as permitted here.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. AI-generated Output may contain errors, inaccuracies or unexpected results, and we do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as ownership, disclaimers and liability) will continue to apply.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the operator’s principal place of business, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you may also benefit from mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
