Affect is a verb, while Effect is a noun. And Than is for comparisons, not Then. Lose means to misplace something. Loose means not tight. Who's is short for Who is. Whose shows possession. To, Too, and Two sound alike but differ. Use There is with singular nouns and There are with plural nouns. One book versus many books.
