Growth, Freedom, Empire: Which Problem Are You Solving Next?

Full transcript

Profit First Professionals isn't built around three levels of status. It's built around three different business problems. Meet Greta or Greg, Fiona or Frank, and Emma or Eric. Greta — or Greg — is good at what they do. Clients trust them, revenue comes in, but profit still isn't predictable. Their next challenge is creating predictable profit, a clear Profit First-led offer, and dependable demand — that's Growth. Fiona — or Frank — has made progress, with more stability and maybe a team. But delegated tasks — judgment, quality, decisions — keep coming back to them. The next challenge is learning to manage instead of doing: clear roles, systems, and accountability — that's Freedom, moving from doing the work to managing the result. Emma — or Eric — has built something substantial: a capable team, a respected company. But sales, the brand, and major decisions still depend on them — that's Empire, building a company that no longer borrows your presence. Growth, Freedom, and Empire aren't rankings — they're stages. You belong where your current constraint can be solved. So — what problem does your business need to solve next?
