Regarde ce chien. Maintenant, imagine-le petit… et noir ! Les mots « petit » et « noir » donnent des informations sur le chien. Ces mots s'appellent des adjectifs qualificatifs. Un adjectif qualificatif, c'est un mot qui dit comment est une personne, un animal ou une chose ! Voici des exemples : une pomme rouge, une grande maison, un chat noir, une voiture rapide, un délicieux gâteau ! Pour trouver l'adjectif, cherche d'abord le nom, puis demande-toi : comment est-il ? Par exemple : le petit chien court. De qui parle-t-on ? Du chien. Comment est-il ? Petit ! Un nom peut avoir plusieurs adjectifs ! Le petit chien noir est gentil. Petit, noir et gentil donnent tous des informations sur le chien. Et l'adjectif peut changer : un petit chien… une petite chienne ! À toi de jouer ! Trouve l'adjectif dans : le gros chat dort.
