Welcome to Litchfield By The Sea! Before you begin any work on our properties, please watch this short video so you fully understand the vendor rules and responsibilities that apply to everyone here. Vendor registration and applicable access fees are required before entering the LBTS ocean side campus and River Club properties. Scan the QR code or visit the website on your screen to register your company — vendors who fail to comply may be fined or denied access. When registering, have these documents ready to upload: your driver's license, vehicle registration, business license, and both business and vehicle insurance certificates. Having everything prepared in advance will make the process quick and easy. Approved work hours are Monday through Friday, 7 A.M. to 6 P.M., and Saturday, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. On Sundays, only quiet work is permitted from 9 A.M. to 5 P.M., and noise must not exceed sixty DBA or unreasonably disturb neighboring properties. No work of any kind is permitted on New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, or Christmas Day. Please plan your schedules carefully around these seven holidays throughout the year. You must park only in designated vendor areas — parking violations are among the most frequent issues we see at LBTS. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed entirely at the owner's expense, so please follow all posted parking and traffic rules at all times. All vendors must maintain required licenses, carry appropriate liability insurance, and conduct reasonable background screening of employees working at LBTS.
