Welcome to the Litchfield By The Sea Vendor Program. Before entering our properties, every vendor must watch this video and understand the rules and regulations that keep our community safe and running smoothly. First, all vendors must register and pay the required access fees before entering the LBTS Oceanside Campus or River Club properties. Vendors who skip this step may be fined or denied entry entirely. Second, improper parking is one of the most common violations we see. Vendors must park only in designated areas, because unauthorized vehicles parked in restricted spots may be towed at the vehicle owner's expense. Third, every vendor is expected to follow all community policies, including traffic controls and work-hour restrictions. Violations can result in fines, suspension, or permanent loss of your access privileges to the community. Fourth, vendors must maintain valid business licenses, carry proper liability insurance, and conduct reasonable background screening for any employees who will be working inside the Litchfield By The Sea community. Fifth, if any damage to community property occurs, or if you witness a safety concern or security incident, you must report it immediately to LBTS Management. Do not wait — prompt reporting protects everyone in the community. By creating your vendor account, you acknowledge and agree to all of these rules and regulations.
