Welcome to Litchfield by the Sea! Before you begin working here, please watch this short video so you fully understand the vendor rules and responsibilities that apply to everyone on our properties. Vendor registration and applicable access fees are required before entering the LBTS Oceanside Campus and River Club properties. Vendors who fail to comply may be fined or denied access. Parking violations are among the most frequent issues we see. You must park only in designated vendor areas — unauthorized parking may result in your vehicle being towed entirely at your own expense. All vendors are expected to follow community policies, traffic controls, work-hour restrictions, and property rules. Violations may result in fines, suspension, or loss of access privileges. Vendors must maintain required business licenses, carry appropriate liability insurance, and conduct reasonable background screening of employees working in LBTS. If you witness or cause any damage to community property, or if you encounter a safety or security concern of any kind, you are required to report it immediately by calling LBTS Management at 843-237-2451.
