Mike & Byron Go Fishing

Mike and Byron head down to the dock, and Mike announces with full confidence that he's going to teach everyone how to fish — despite having never actually caught a single fish in his entire life. Mike's first move is to cast the line, but instead of casting it properly, he hurls the entire four-hundred-dollar fishing rod straight into the water, insisting he was just testing the depth. Next, Mike attempts to attach a hook to the line, and somehow manages to hook it directly through his own shirt, standing there completely confused while Byron stares at him in absolute disbelief. Moving on to adding the leader, Mike somehow manages to tangle the entire fishing line into a massive, impossible knot, blaming invisible wind while Byron stands there with zero wind blowing anywhere around them. Byron decides to take over and grabs the rod himself, declaring he knows exactly what he is doing — but within seconds the fishing line wraps tightly around his own ankle, trapping him completely. Finally they both wait in silence staring at the water, and suddenly the rod bends hard — they both lunge for it, crash into each other, tangle up in the line, and collapse flat onto the deck together. It turns out the only thing they caught was Byron's own foot, a size eleven — but Mike cheerfully declares it a success and asks if they should do the whole thing again tomorrow, and Byron immediately shouts yes.
