Welcome to the Rides Department! As a member of our team, you help create a fun, safe, and truly memorable experience for every single guest who walks through our gates. Priority One is Safety — it always comes first. Know and enforce your attraction's rules, ensure waivers are completed, respect capacity limits, and never overlook a safety rule, even when things get busy. Priority Two is creating the Santa's Wonderland Experience! Smile, welcome every family, engage with your guests, and keep the energy fun — because we're not just running attractions, we're making lasting Christmas memories. Priority Three is managing the flow of guests. Keep your lines organized and moving efficiently, communicate clearly with guests, prevent line cutting, and properly balance the Ultimate Express Pass line with the regular walk-up line. Priority Four is to Be Excellent, and Priority Five is to Be Financially Responsible. Stay organized, keep your attraction clean and guest-ready, use equipment properly, and immediately notify your manager if you spot any damage or mechanical issue. Keep guests safe, care for your attraction, and communicate with your team — because every single ride is a brand new opportunity to create real Christmas magic here at Santa's Wonderland!
