The BUSY Project is a Christian youth initiative dedicated to helping young people in Uphall and Broxburn grow, connect, and feel truly valued in their community. Open to anyone from P7 to S6, BUSY runs activities in schools, church halls, and beyond, operating from two main hubs: Broxburn Academy and Uphall South Church. Every week, young people can drop into Thursday lunch clubs, attend Friday Youth Club after school, join the SU Group, develop skills in Leadership Club, or boost their wellbeing at Happiness Club. During school holidays, BUSY runs Summer BUZZ and Easter BUZZ programmes packed with games, Bible activities, day trips to Edinburgh, water games in the park, and plenty of laughter. Trips and camps bring young people even closer together — from a Christian weekend camp at Lendrick Muir to a fun-filled group outing at Innoflate Livingston, with 32 young people joining in. With over 150 young people engaged and more than 20 years serving the community, the BUSY Project is always growing — come and be part of it today!
