You'll learn how paperwork flows, how shifts communicate, and how real troubleshooting actually works on a live aircraft. Pay close attention to experienced mechanics around you. Watch how they think, learn why they do what they do, and build strong habits early because those habits will follow you for your entire career. Never rush just to impress someone.
