Here's something I want you to think about — your business already has a process, even if you've never actually sat down and created one on purpose. Every time a new client comes in, something happens — they email you, you respond, you schedule a call, you send a proposal, they sign, and they pay. And then after all of that, you figure out what happens next as you go — that informal chain of events is your process, whether you realize it or not. The real problem is that you might actually be the process — every single step depends on you remembering what to do, sending the next email, or telling someone what comes next. That works fine when you're small, but eventually you become the bottleneck — and the business can only move as fast as you personally can keep up with everything. So here's the first question I want you to ask yourself: what actually happens in your business from the moment a client says yes? Write it down — don't optimize it yet, just see the process.
